1. Shipping Coverage

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, including major cities and towns.

  • Local Delivery (Lahore): Same-day or next-day delivery options available.
     
  • Rest of Pakistan: Delivery time may vary based on location and courier service availability.
     

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Within Lahore:
          Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
     
  • Other Cities:
          Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.
     

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, promotional sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Within Lahore:
          Flat delivery fee: PKR 250 (Free for orders above PKR 15,000).
     
  • Rest of Pakistan:
          Standard delivery fee: PKR 350–500, depending on package weight and destination.
     

Exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or confirmed during order placement.

4. Order Processing

  1. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, between 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
     
  2. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
     
  3. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, call, or email.
     

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders up to PKR 100,000.
     
  • A deposit or partial advance payment may be required for high-value orders, laptops, or bulk purchases.
     

6. Handling of Fragile Items

  • We carefully pack delicate products like laptops, smartphones, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.
     
  • Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery before signing or paying.
     
  • If damage is noticed, refuse the delivery and immediately contact us at 042-34551463.
     

7. Undelivered or Missed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you to reschedule.
     
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for repeat attempts.
     

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are only delivered within Pakistan.
